As the Office Manager for Lake Lanier Smiles my job is to oversee the office operations and I am committed to making our patients and their families experience in our office a positive one! I have 10 years of dental experience and over 20 years of customer service. I have also had the opportunity to serve our patients as a Treatment Coordinator, Dental Assistant and worked all other front office jobs at some point over the last 10 years. My goal is to incorporate the wealth of knowledge and customer service that I have acquired to equip our team to best serve our patients and their families.
I am most proud of my six children who have grown to be wonderful young adults. My husband and I enjoy spending time with friends and family. We enjoy the outdoors and traveling.
LEAD DENTAL ASSISTANT
My name is Samantha, but you can call me Sam. I have been a dental assistant since 2009. I graduated with honors getting my certificate in Dental Assisting. I have always wanted to work in the dental field since I was a little girl. I love teeth and everything about them. I enjoy what I do and working at Lake Lanier Smiles has made me love my job just that much more. I am passionate about the care of our patients and making sure everyone leaves with a smile on their face.
Another passion in my life is my family. My husband and our 5 year old son are my world, and the reason I am where I am today. When I’m not in the office, I’m spending my time with my family, going to car shows, bonfires with friends, shopping, long road trips or just a movie night hanging out at the house. I look forward to meeting you soon.
I love working at Lake Lanier Smiles because I have the opportunity to implement my hygiene skills and educate patients on the importance of having good oral health. As a dental health professional, I believe that prevention, education and early intervention are the key to have a good oral health. I am determined and dedicated to my responsibilities and along with the rest of the team; we do the best to meet your needs and expectations.
When I am not in the office, I love spending time with my family. I love shopping and going out to eat. I recently had a baby boy and definitely love being a mother. I love photographing my nieces, nephews and now, my own child. Capturing beautiful moments fills my heart with love and joy.
My name is Candace and I’ve been assisting full time since 2014. I graduated from Central Gwinnett High School in 2007, where i got my start in the dental field working part time over the summers at a general practice in Atlanta. I graduated from Gwinnett Tech on the Dean’s List with a certificate in Dental Assisting. I was happy to enter my career right out of school into a periodontal specialty office where I gained great knowledge and hands on experience in oral surgery. I love what I do and have a passion for the dental field. In my free time I love spending quality time with friends and family. I enjoy reading books, watching movies, and taking the occasional trip out of town. Working at Lake Lanier Smiles allows me to come to work every morning with a smile on my face and I look forward to helping you as our patient walk out with a smile on yours. See you soon!
My name is Victoria Weathers. I have been working in dentistry for over 7 years. I have worked as both a Dental Assistant and a Patient Care Coordinator. One of the things I enjoy most about dentistry is to see how changing a patient’s smile transforms their lives. Patient advocacy has been a passion and a challenge that has always lined up with my overall enjoyment of people. Building personal relationships, working through treatment concerns and creating financial plans has inspired my desire to grow in all of those skills as much as I can. Other than loving the environment of our team here at Lake Lanier Smiles, our patients are top-notch. I desire for our team to succeed in our goals is always so gratifying. There’s nothing like the satisfied look on a patients face when they’ve navigated the sometimes confusing world of insurance/financing and the unknown of treatment to come out the other end with an even bigger better smile. To calm fears, answer questions and help make treatment possible, especially in a soothing environment is rewarding to me.I have a 8 year old son; that enrich my life every day. In my free time I enjoy reading, networking, crafting and being a big kid with my son!
